SwyftOps App

To Clock in and Out of your visits, as well as reviewing Client info, you will be using an app called SwyftOps.

Please review these tutorial videos on how to set up your account and how to use the app.

  • Check your email for a message from SwyftOps with the subject line: [SwyftOps] Account Access
  • Click the line in the email to set your password. Create a password and confirm your password before clicking "Change".
  • Open your App Store and search for "SwyftOps Caregiver" or "Swyft CG" and download the correct app.
  • You will need to make sure to "Enable Location" or "Allow Location Tracking" for the app to work properly.
  • Login using your email address and the password you created.
  • If done correctly, you should see a page saying "My Schedule" at the top (which may be a blank screen). If you see anything different, please let the office know.

Viventium App

To view your paystubs, manage your direct deposit, or view your W-2 information, you will be using an app called Viventium. Viventium has already emailed you a link to set up your account. Please follow the link to create a password and use the account.

PayActiv App

To receive pay advances, or pull money from your paycheck prior to payday, you will be using an app called PayActiv Once you have worked for 2 weeks, your PayActiv account will be registered with our payroll department, and you will receive a text form PayActiv to set up your account.
